Dr. Becky Reichard is a distinguished scholar and practitioner in leadership development and organizational behavior, currently serving as a Lecturer at The Standard School of Machine Learning (TheSSML). She brings two decades of academic expertise grounded in evidence-based leadership science, developmental psychology, and human behavior, enriching TheSSML’s focus on applied learning and professional transformation. Her teaching emphasizes experiential engagement, reflective practice, and research-informed strategies that help learners strengthen leadership capacity in modern, data-driven environments.

Dr. Reichard’s scholarly work focuses on accelerating leadership development, especially among underrepresented groups, and understanding how psychological factors such as self-perception, motivation, and feedback orientation influence leader effectiveness. With over 60 publications, 80 conference presentations, and widespread citation impact, she contributes significantly to global leadership research. Her work appears in top journals including The Leadership Quarterly, Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, and Journal of Leadership & Organizational Studies.
