Our Team

Dr. Souad Hassanie is an accomplished academic and professional with extensive experience in higher education, research, and industry. She currently serves as an Associate Lecturer at Arden University in Berlin, delivering courses in agile project management and supply chain management, and as a University Lecturer at the University of Europe for Applied Sciences in Potsdam, teaching agile project management for software development, as well as marketing, sales, and customer relationship management. In addition, she contributes to the academic community as a Reviewer for the Arab Economic and Business Journal (AEBJ) in Lebanon and holds a professorship at the Holy Spirit University of Kaslik (USEK). Alongside her academic commitments, Dr. Hassanie is actively involved in labor rights advocacy as a member of the executive council and the Women’s Trade Union Committee of the Confédération Générale des Travailleurs Libanais. Her prior teaching roles include Course Instructor at the Arab Open University and Instructor at the Arts, Sciences & Technology University in Lebanon, where she specialized in management and microeconomics. With a strong background in healthcare as a Lab Technologist at Rafic Hariri University Hospital for over 13 years, she brings interdisciplinary expertise to her work. Dr. Hassanie holds a Master’s degree in Leadership for Digital Transformation from GISMA University of Applied Sciences, a PhD in Business Administration and Management from Cyprus International University with a perfect GPA of 4.0, and continues to inspire students and professionals with her dedication to education, research, and societal development.
