Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Business Development Executive to join our high-performance team. You will play a key role in expanding our institutional and corporate reach, enrolling learners, and driving strategic partnerships that align with our mission of making cutting-edge tech education accessible.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate leads from educational institutions, corporates, and individual learners.
- Pitch TheSSML's training programs and offerings through calls, emails, online platforms, and presentations.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Drive admissions and partnerships through a structured and consultative sales process.
- Coordinate with academic and marketing teams to align client needs with program offerings.
- Maintain accurate sales and pipeline records using CRM tools.
- Participate in events, webinars, and outreach initiatives to promote TheSSML’s brand.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales and engagement targets.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Prior experience in EdTech, training, or B2B/B2C sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn about AI/ML and emerging technology domains.
- Driven, energetic, and passionate about education and innovation.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM platforms.
